Recently, a few large brokerage houses have decided to pull their listings from syndication feeds. This is justifiable as many of these third party syndication sites have begun to sell leads back to the listing agent.
Statistically, 97% of Buyers begin their search for their new home on the internet, but 85% of Buyers will seek a referral from a friend or family member to a REALTOR to actually purchase their home.
