Scott has been married to his wife Margie for 19 yrs. Margie’s primary career is being a mommy, but she also works for an in-home care company for the elderly. They have 4 children ranging in age from preschool to high school.
Scott and his family attend and have been active in Aboite Missionary Church (soon to be Life Community Missionary) since they moved to Fort Wayne in 1999. Scott has been a police officer since 1994. He has served as a patrol officer (17 yrs), SWAT officer (9 yrs), and Detective (4 yrs).
Scott has been a REALTOR® for 2 years. His first year in real estate he sold $600,000 and his second year he sold approximately 1.2 million! Scott believes in doing all of the hard work when he is helping a client buy or sell a home. He does thorough market research to help his clients pragmatically value their home. With accurate data clients can price their home competitively regardless of what price range they are in. Once the home is listed, Scott monitors ALL aspects of the listing and subsequent transaction, communicating with the client frequently. Scott is aggressive yet diplomatic when negotiating on his client’s behalf.
