North Eastern Group Realty has anxiously anticipated the beginning of our new Fort Wayne Real Estate blog. We look forward to the opportunity this will provide us to share our passion for our great city as well as our Real Estate knowledge with all who are interested! First I would like to take a moment to share about who we are.
North Eastern Group Realty is an outgrowth of The North Eastern Group, a development company that has been developing communities for over 46 years. We have developed hundreds of communities and thousands of home sites. 26 of the communities we developed were HBA Parade of Homes sites, including Blackhawk, Arlington Park, The Village of Buckingham, Lincoln Village, Windmill Ridge, Whispering Meadows, Chandlers Landing, Rock Creek, La Cabreah, The Forest at Foxwod and Azbury Woods. Early in 2008 we opened our real estate company with the mission to create a world class facility and recruit Fort Wayne’s highest quality REALTORS. Although we are still adding to our team, we have an amazing start with Judi, Phil, Brad and Lori Stinson, Ed and Christine Schaefer, Diane Caudill and Cindy Burkhart, Frank Shepler, Reta Todd, Neal Sherk, Pat Doyle, Mike Hostetler, Brad Noll, Abby Grubbs, Michelle Mang, Jay Shipley and Dan Amstutz. Our newly renovated offices are located in La Cabreah off Dupont Road. Once riding arena and horse stalls, our facilities never cease to amaze our clients and visitors.
We welcome visitors to stop in at any time for a tour! The best part is, the horses are still here with an active horse operation on site. We hope to share more with you over time not only about North Eastern Group, but about timely real estate topics and interesting happenings in the Fort Wayne area.
