The evening of Thursday December 5th, The North Eastern Group and North Eastern Group Realty hosted their 5th annual Christmas Open House. Over 400 clients and friends joined us to celebrate the holiday season and he blessings of 2013. 2013 has been a recovery year for housing and development. North Eastern Group Realty has had the honor of serving in excess of a thousand clients this year. Inventory levels in Fort Wayne and Allen County have come down and we are now seeing a balanced market meaning that the market is not excessively favoring either buyers or sellers. Most industry experts expect the next few years to remain strong.
