Welcome to Knapp Lake. The house has been many updates of the last few years starting in 2009, including new dimensional shingle roof, wide cement seawall, windows, 4′ X 20′ Carefree aluminum dock with extra kayak storage, exterior doors and storm doors, garage door, complete plumbing replacement, and Lennox gas furnace. The 4-season room has a knotty pine ceiling, wood-burning fireplace with rock hearth, and lots of windows. The view continues from the open kitchen/ dining room/ living room, which also has knotty pine with great open space for entertaining. Walk out to the brand new deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, tile back splash, and stainless steel appliances. Nice size 3 bedrooms with closet space. Bathroom has heated ceramic tile floors, step-in shower with ceramic tile surround, and beautiful hickory cabinet. Come relax and get away from the hustle bustle on these quiet lakes. Knapp lake is one of 10 lakes on the this chain of lakes 5 of which are available for boating (10 mph limit) the other 5 by canoe or kayak. Great fishing, lots of wild life for all to enjoy
