Beth Goldsmith, owner of Sold by the Gold, Inc. has an accomplished record of residential home sales in northeast Indiana. She has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education with a minor in business from Illinois State University. Through the National Association of Realtors, Beth also has obtained the following credentials: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She currently serves on the Upstate Alliance of Realtors Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee. As teachers, moving across the country (with young children), rushing to buy a house before the school year started was stressful...especially in such a competitive housing market. (The house be bought wasn't even on the market yet). Beth not only helped us find numerous houses that met our "must-haves," but provided a continual stream of helpful advice about pros and cons of the houses and their neighborhoods. She helped us notice many details we would have otherwise overlooked. Beth has pride in her city, and her tours of Fort Wayne helped us learn our way around the city and consider the best place to raise our family. On the few occasions that Beth was unavailable, her team stepped up to provide access to houses, answer questions, and get our paperwork moving along. We also very much appreciate the small gifts she provides throughout the process including tape measures, fancy folders for the pile of closing documents, and even pizza delivery the day we moved in! It is clear that she is well aware of the concerns and questions of new homeowners like us, and she always has some nugget of real estate knowledge to share to reduce the stress and increase our confidence in the home busying process. On a scheduled day of home searching we couldn't find baby sitters for our boys, so she allowed us to install car seats in her car and let our boys tag along for the search, interacting with them in the car and in the houses showing her love for children and her dedication to her clients.
