Jose Flores is the founder of JF Design Build, a residential custom-building company serving Northeast Indiana. With a passion for real estate and design, he helps clients turn their dream homes into reality through a process rooted in craftsmanship, trust, and personalized service.
Jose began his journey in the building trades during high school at Anthis Career Center and later earned a degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University–Fort Wayne. His combined education and hands-on experience have shaped him into a well-rounded professional who understands both the technical and client-focused sides of homebuilding.
Alongside him is his wife and business partner, who leads design and client relations. Together, they guide clients through every step of the building process, ensuring each project reflects their shared commitment to quality and care. As a bilingual team fluent in Spanish and English, they proudly serve a diverse community with an inclusive and welcoming approach.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys traveling, swimming, exploring global cuisine, and studying architectural design—all of which inspire his work and creativity.
