2009 was our first full year of business and a year filled with many other exciting firsts. Pat Doyle from Hawthorn Valley Enterprises was the first builder to bring his Real Estate license to North Eastern Group Realty. Since then, Jay Shipley from Bob Buescher Homes, Dan Amstutz from Amstutz Construction, Inc. and Josh Bremer of Bremer Homes (and the Noll Team) have affiliated with North Eastern Group Realty.
In addition to these builders, 2009 brought Frank Shepler, Reta Todd, Diane Caudill, Cindy Burkhart, Neal Sherk, Brad Noll, Abby Grubbs, Michelle Mang, Mike Hostetler, Jeff Reeder, Beth Goldsmith, and Lynette Johnson to North Eastern Group Realty. Each agent brings their own area of expertise and experience to the group and everyone is committed not only to continuous improvement and providing superior service to their own clients, but to helping one another be successful.
Another very fun first for the Stinson Team was when Judi and Phil’s daughter Lori completed her first full year as a REALTOR. Not surprisingly, Lori’s career has taken off rapidly and she closed her first million dollar month in November!
On December 10th, we had our first open house with over 200 community leaders, clients and friends joining us for an evening of great food from The Oyster Bar. Each agent was able to invite their own guests to either introduce them to our renovated facility for the first time or to thank them for their business in 2009.
2009 was an amazing year of challenge, growth and new relationships. We at North Eastern Group Realty are grateful for the blessings we experienced and can’t wait to see what 2010 brings!
