Allison has called the Fort Wayne area for over 30 years

and is a proud Carroll High School graduate. She earned a

Bachelors degree in Interior Design.

Before real estate, Allison worked as a lighting specialist

and interior designer at Light World. Her background

gives her clients homes the ability to stand out in the

Allison is married to Aaron Washington and has three

children—Remington, Madison, and Grayson. Outside of

real estate, she stays active in competitive soccer, crafting

and enjoys giving back to the community.
