I contacted Matthew through a local listings on realtor.com, he contacted back very promptly and we talked about somethings and how my current realtor wasn't doing the job and how I had missed out on some houses. He talked to me about a few other things and instantly sent me links to current local houses. About 2 days later he was showing me houses. It only took him about a week to figure out what exactly I wanted in a house me and my kids. And he was sending me houses to say hey we should look at these. I loved how personal he was in every aspect of his career. He puts alot of effort into making sure his clients get everything they want on their "wishlist" and he took into effect of my kids.
