About Me
I’ve held a real estate license since 2005.
I have helped hundreds of people buy, build, and sell their homes.
I owned my own brokerage from 2008-2013, where I was a principal broker, and helped manage many successful agents. I continue to train agents.
I have a background in woodworking, remodeling, and building materials.
I f’n LOVE soccer (futbol). I also enjoy the NFL, discussing philosophy, human behavior, and new findings about the cosmos. I enjoy late 80’s/early to mid-90’s hip hop, R & B from all decades, alternative/college radio/sub pop from the 80’s through today, metal, punk, and some reggae.
I’ve teamed up with Wade Griffin. We love to build and problem solve.
Strategy
When it comes to selling your home, my objective is to make the process as smooth as possible while maximizing the amount of money I can get out of your home. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you, me, and the buyer’s agent to streamline communication. I include these services in my real estate package;
-pre-inspection ( I recommend if your home is 25 years or older AND you are doing a buy/sell)
-staging consultation (we want to maximize the space within your home while keeping the focus on your home. Example, personal pictures can take focus away from the showing experience. A stager can help with building material and color choices. A stager allows us to maximize the amount of money you can net and lessens time on the market.)
-professional photos (I want to maximize the number of showings and quality showings by taking professional pictures that truly represent your home)
-home cleaning (Look, selling your home is stressful. I want to save you time and energy by taking care of this for you.)
If you are buying a home you are most likely aware of how much demand for housing we have in our area. How do I get the seller to accept my offer? It starts with a good reputation. Agents want to work with me because I am cool in presentation, I am a problem solver, a critical thinker, and I ask what the seller needs for a closing date and possession after closing. I overwhelmingly won bids for my buyers. You have to know the market you are in. The conditions are in the seller’s favor. I work in tandem with Jakae Swope to show you homes. It’s imperative that you see a home as quickly as possible. A team method ensures better service for you. I am part of a group that meets to problem solve and discuss anything real estate. We care about quality of life for us and our clients.
Communication
Please text me to schedule an appointment to talk. Let me know what you’d like to discuss. I want to be prepared so we can have the most optimal conversation. I use synchronous and asynchronous methods to communicate. I am a big believer in audio files and audio texts. Audio files allow you to hear the information on your own time in a calm environment as many times as you need.

Balance is important to me. I have two young kids and a wife. I spend my off-time with them. Working out, reading, and documenting thoughts are also very important to me. Balancing all of these makes me a better person and a better real estate agent. I understand that negotiations can take place outside of these hours. I will make an exception for negotiations. I am unavailable on any major US holiday.
