Kimberly Ward

After graduating as Valedictorian from Blackhawk Christian High School in 1986, Kim married her high school sweetheart, David and they welcomed their oldest daughter Teddi in 1990, the twins, Patrick and Elizabeth in 1992 and the best mistake they ever made in 1993, their youngest daughter Rachel. During those years, Kim worked for Slater Steels while pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature at IPFW which she finally received in 1995.
Seeking to further her career, Kim joined the North Eastern Group in 2002 as their Director of Marketing. Working for Joe Zehr opened up numerous opportunities including becoming the President and Managing Broker for North Eastern Group Realty when the company opened in 2008. Since then Kim has dedicated herself to creating an environment where agents can flourish personally and professionally and where clients are treated with excellence. The business has grown to over 90 REALTORS that sell over 450 million dollars of real estate annually in northeastern Indiana.
Kim believes in giving back to the industry in which you earn a living and has welcomed the opportunity to serve on the Government Affairs Committee, MLS Board of Directors, UPSTAR Board of Directors, RPAC Trustees, RPAC Fundraising Committee, Finance Committees, Executive Committee, IAR RPAC Trustees and IAR Executive Committee.
Kim loves to read, learn and help others. She is unashamedly a HUGE Disney fan. She loves wine, the wonderful people she gets to work with every day, her family – especially her 9 grandbabies- and Jesus. She believes to whom much has been given, much is expected and can’t imagine ever repaying the debt for all of the blessings in her life.
