As teachers, moving across the country (with young children), rushing to buy a house before the school year started was stressful...especially in such a competitive housing market. (The house be bought wasn't even on the market yet). Beth not only helped us find numerous houses that met our "must-haves," but provided a continual stream of helpful advice about pros and cons of the houses and their neighborhoods. She helped us notice many details we would have otherwise overlooked.
