County commissioners on Friday approved rezoning about 75 acres in northwest Allen County for a new residential community named Milagro. This community will be located on the east side of the 13500 to 13600 block of Auburn Road, the south side of Crawford Road and just west of Interstate 69. The development includes 134 lots, multiple lakes and 16 foot mounds buffering !-69.
