Hwy 3 to 600 S - turn East to property on the South side of the road

In May 2019 a 1.15 Acre lot was purchased and a plan was laid out by the owners for a K building on steroids, and the result is AMAZING! K buildings are a steel structure that use free span construction. The owners took this structure to provide unlimited versatility in its interior design. 2400 square feet of the building has been designed for the overflow guests at the owner’s lake house and 1800 square feet is a rockin’ barn/shop area. The cleverly designed guest suites each offer a spacious bedroom with a charming loft area, a full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo, and a “quiet place” for the grand kids for napping. On the main level there is a family room/office, galley kitchen, another full bath, laundry and a workout area that puts Gold’s Gym to shame. Let’s dig into the 1800 square foot barn… The K construction allows for a soaring roof line, 18’ at the eves and 26’ at the peak, that means that means design possibilities are endless. Currently the shop interior is a mix of workshop areas and storage areas. The workshop in incredible and is covered by a custom loft that the owner uses to store materials up and out of your way. The rest of this expansive area is setup for storage for boats, lake toys, classic cars or whatever YOUR passion is. On the outside the building is complimented by the wrap around porch, LOTS of concrete parking, level lot, city sewer, 4” well, firepit, and a fenced in area for the pups.
