They extended the surrounding patio for sunbathers as they sip lemonade and dip their toes into the shimmering water. They even have Hot and Cold water plumbed to the spigot, what a thoughtful touch. A new CA unit was just added a year ago in April, promising a respite from the impending heatwave. The roof underwent a Tearoff in 2022 giving a sense of comfort. Inside you will be delighted with the newer flooring in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The kitchen and pantry were remodeled about 6 years ago. The main bedroom ensuite was remodeled with a Tiled Walkin shower and the Washer/Dryer placed near for convenience. Tinted windows at the back of the home filters the sun’s intensity. Newer front and back exterior doors welcome your friends. The interior was freshly painted. The Family Room is large enough to accommodate a large dining table if desired.
