The property consists of ten total buildings with over 54,000 square feet of space and 9.58 acres of land on U.S. 6. The Round Barn Theater and Lobby: The focal point of the property and what truly makes the property special, is The Round Barn Theater. Created from a 1911 round barn that was originally built in Marshall County and was moved to the location in 1998. It was transformed into a professional theater that seats nearly 400 guests per performance and has a full professional stage that was recently remodeled under the current ownership. Guest is treated to a theater experience like no other with the beautiful woodwork and wood dome above them. For an enhanced guest experience, the guest enters into the lobby area which has a ticket box office, a concession stands and seating area. Greeting Barn: The greeting barn is attached to the Round Barn Theater and is a multi-purpose building. The Greeting Barn was built from an 1876 Amish barn that was dismantled and reassembled on the property. On the main floor has been used as a gift shop, which was successful as it allowed theater guest to mingle and shop before and after performances. On the second floor of the barn, this floor has recently been used as a wedding venue. Directly off the wedding hall, there is a bridal quarter for the bride and bridal court to utilize for the wedding. There is also a restroom and executive offices off the wedding area. On the main floor attached to the Greeting Barn is the Locke Township Meeting House that has recently been used for actor practice facility, but in the past had been used as a movie theater to show documentary films. Restaurant Barn: This 20,000+ square foot facility is constructed from two 1870’s bank barns.
