With over twenty years of experience in historic preservation, construction, and building materials Nate has been able to cater to the needs of clients of all types. He has applied his skills into everything from the caretaking of eighteenth-century properties in the historic New Orleans French Quarter to consulting in the restoration of San Francisco Victorian homes, to most recently acting as a board member for the Historic Preservation Commission for the City of Fort Wayne.
Although historic homes and structures are his passion, Nate has also spent many years in the hardware and building materials industry which has allowed him to be at the forefront of new trends in home construction and sales. He has also participated for several years in the International Builders Show, the Architectural Digest Design Show, and has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders while acting as the ReStore Director for East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity. Nate’s philosophy is that helping a client find their dream home or the perfect property will allow him to not only better his city and community as a whole, it will give him the opportunity to gain more knowledge about the unique architecture, vast lands, and features of beautiful Northeastern Indiana.
