North Eastern Group Realty is proud to welcome 3 new high quality agents with the addition of The Blythe Team! Bob Blythe, Ryan Blythe, and team member Yolanda Khaliq sell a significant amount of residential homes as well as representing Westport Homes.

 

Bob has over 15 years of experience specializing in new construction, selling existing homes and extensive knowledge of financial programs available for clients looking to purchase homes.

 

Ryan is a buyer representative specializing in 1^st time buyers, HUD homes, and investment properties.  His excellent communication skills are a great asset as communication is an intricate part of The Blythe Team’s overall success.  He will graduate from Indiana University Purdue University Ft. Wayne in 2010 with BS Degrees in Finance, Accounting, and Economics.

 

Yolanda Khaliq has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004. She specializes in helping clients buy and sell existing homes and previously was one of the top sales reps for Westport Homes.  She is well educated in the most current financing programs and special 1st time buyer programs and enjoys helping both Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate goals!
