We have all heard stories of people who have had their homes for sale for weeks or months – folks who want to or need to sell their home, but have not succeeded. Successful REALTORS® can tell you that there are many reasons for a home not selling. Perhaps the home needs depersonalized, uncluttered, given a comprehensive cleaning, updated, or staged. If any of these issues are unaddressed, it can be a real deterrent to buyers. Price is obviously a key issue is well. REALTORS® can provide sellers with up to date market information on similar homes that have been sold in the area, evaluate how their home compares and determine the best price for selling the home. Brad Noll from the Noll Team must have REALLY gotten it right when he sold a client’s home this month in only 31 hrs! The inventory of unsold homes is coming in line with historical levels primarily due to the Home Buyer Tax Credit and the market is expected to stabilize in the near future, so we hope to be able to report MANY more success stories just like this one! Congratulations to Brad Noll and the Noll Team!
