Josh Bremer and his assistant Erica of Bremer Homes, LLC have joined the Noll Team at North Eastern Group Realty.  Josh has a well rounded experience in the construction and home building industry. Josh began working at a highly respected architectural firm MSKTD in Fort Wayne, after graduating college.  Although he excelled and enjoyed his position, Josh realized he would be better suited to work with the customer on a one on one basis. After deciding to focus on the residential market, Josh moved to Texas.  There in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex he sold homes for a large builder.  While employed there he learned a lot about new home construction.  With his family roots being strongly planted in Indiana, Josh moved back and worked at a local homebuilder as a sales manager for 3 years.  Then in January of 2008 he set out to start his own company, Bremer Homes, LLC, which has seen continued success in it’s short time of operation.  Bremer Homes, LLC focuses in on the custom residential market of home building.  With great family values and work ethic, one can be very confident in entrusting Josh with the planning and building of the space a family will call home for many years.

Congratulations to Christine Schaefer on her election to the Indiana Association of REALTORS Board of Directors! Christine has served the Fort Wayne Area Association of REALTORS as President and in numerous other capacities over the years. All four directors elected to represent Region 3 were from the FWAAR membership.
